What TableReview is

TableReview is a QR-code restaurant review and loyalty platform. Restaurants use it to collect honest Google reviews and run a points-based rewards program for guests. Guests use it, free of charge, to earn and redeem points at a participating restaurant.

Billing

There is no free trial. The plan is $47 for your first month, then $30/month, billed and confirmed directly with you. There is no automatic recurring card charge. You can cancel anytime by messaging us; there is no long-term contract.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your restaurant dashboard login secure and for actions taken under your account, including by staff you invite. Let us know right away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

Acceptable use

Restaurants may not use TableReview to solicit fake reviews, ask guests to leave a specific star rating or scripted wording, or offer rewards conditional on a positive review. All of this violates Google's review policies as well as these terms. We reserve the right to suspend an account that does this.

Loyalty points and rewards

Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the issuing restaurant's own reward catalog. A restaurant may change its rewards, point values, or expiry rules at any time; we'll always show guests their current balance accurately.

Service availability

We work to keep TableReview reliable, but it's provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted uptime. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from downtime or data issues, beyond restoring service and data from backups as quickly as we reasonably can.

Ending the service

You can stop using TableReview at any time by messaging us to cancel. We may suspend or end an account that violates acceptable use, breaks the law, or doesn't pay for an active plan after being contacted about it.

Changes to these terms

If we make a meaningful change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for active restaurant accounts, let you know directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where TableReview is operated from.
