Built in Pakistan for independent restaurants.
TableReview helps restaurants get more honest Google reviews and more repeat guests with one QR code. It is founded and run by Nida Nasir in Pakistan.
Why we started
Many good restaurants have a lower Google rating than they deserve. Happy guests enjoy their meal and leave without writing anything, so the few reviews that do get posted don't show the full picture. First-time guests also rarely get a reason to come back.
Most tools that fix this are built for large chains and take weeks to learn. We wanted something a small restaurant could start using in a day, with nothing for guests to download.
What TableReview does
Guests scan a QR code at the table, receipt, or counter. They are guided to leave an honest Google review and earn points toward a reward, all in the browser. You manage rewards, redemptions, staff, and feedback from one dashboard. The restaurant setup guide shows the full process.
How we work
- We set up every restaurant ourselves. Your branding, Google review link, first reward, and QR code are ready before you start.
- You speak to the people who build it. Questions and changes go straight to us on WhatsApp, not through a ticket queue.
- Your data stays with us. TableReview runs on our own servers. Guest details are not shared with or sold to other companies. See our privacy policy.
What we won't do
We never ask guests for a specific star rating or scripted words. That goes against Google's review policies, and it isn't honest. Every prompt asks for a genuine opinion, good or bad.
